I have will reached 4 years teaching experience make this June. This is the second tuition that I have joined. I never expect that I would teach that longer as a tutor. Honestly, I was not really like my job made the first time that I stepped into a classroom for teaching. We don’t have any younger member at home so I have used to stay in a quiet environment before I involved in this factor. I felt that the kids were noisy and naughty. What I was thinking in my mind was to earn some money for my Diploma school fee since parent unable to pay for me.
But after some period of teaching, I have become enjoy and like my job. There are lots of kids that in your class to listen to your teaching. Asking you question and so on. I love those kids and enjoy with my job.
Talk about experience, I don't know what is the actual experience that I have gained make these few years. I have learn how to handle student, how to teaching them, how to handle their stubborn parents and how should I motivate them. The most important point on improve your teaching is try to involve yourself in their life and know more about them. This will help you know more about your students. Then you can enhance through their weakness that you found and be concentrate on that part.

This my class. Is it class 1 where we have 3 classes at our tuition centre. My class can stay for 16 students as the maximum amount.
