Ban the fireworks and fiorecrackers

For your opinion, should this action be taken?

Years ago, when we were enjoy with playing fireworks and firecrackers. Government suddenly declared that fireworks and firecrackers will be ban in whole Malaysia. Is it a sagacious action? As for me, definitely NO!

Is it playing fireworks or firecrackers really a dangerous action? Answer is NO, it just depends on how you play with it. From the news and report that I been read, found that most of the victim that caused by playing fireworks or firecrackers were non Chinese. (Sorry I have touched to sensitive topic

), and most of them were come from village. Some of us must be curious why we aren’t hurt during playing fireworks or firecrackers but there were. Ya, they playing in wrong way with modified the things. Some of them take out the powder from the fireworks and gather to a big portion and then make became bigger firecrackers. Have they ever think, they are not expert and what is the consequence? No, they never! If you only regret after such matter happened to you, sorry, is it too late already.

Or, some of the “genius”. They want make the firecracker sound louder, they put them in the bamboo or motorbike’s exhaust pipe. As an aftermath, when the firecrackers explode, the bamboo or pipe also burst. Those detonated solid thing spread and fly to everyway. As an outcome, not only the player injured, but it also may hurt the pass-by people. I was angry every time that I heard about such new. Why doesn’t government impose a fine or forfeit on them?

Firecracker represent our Chinese Culture that symbol of dispelling bad luck and sinister. Every family wish can get to a better year. Why don’t we ban the firecrackers and fireworks? It’s ok is we only allow to play with it during some special occasions such as New Year. Couple days ago, when I and my family were chatting at living room. We feel angry heard that those who confiscate the firecrackers and fireworks (You must be get what I meant) selling those stuff for even lower price. Oh Gosh!! What the damn world.

Why doesn’t government change those staff to legal and then charge some taxes on them. One, government can earn more; second, public also happy with it, don’t you think this idea like kill two birds with one stone?
